Nontigorn Kanchanachitra has been working in the areas of human resource management and organization development for more than 30 years.

His past positions include Secretary General of the Office of Civil Service Commission, PTT's Independent Director, Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand's Director, and Interlink Communication Public Co., Ltd.'s Director.

One of his essential achievements is the legislative reform of position classifications and remuneration structure for civil service in 2008.

Nontigorn Kanchanachitra has been appointed Council of State Member, Civil Service Commissioner, KTB's Independent Director, Singapore International School's Chairman of the Board, Thammasat University's Director and other governance positions in public organizations.

Nontigorn Kanchanachitra received Honorary Doctorate Degree in Human Resource Management form Donburi Rajabhat University, Master of Public Administration from Middle Tennessee State University, USA, and Bachelor of Public Administration from Chiangmai University.
