OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL BROADCASTING AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
After a few years of changing its establishment from a government agency to independent organization, this client, and later some of the institutions under its supervision, opened tendering for consulting services regarding human resources.
We won selected bids and completed the services in helping the client organize jobs, redesign compensation structure, evaluate performance, and work on related human resources management aspects.
The client has been operating as a good employer-of-choice.
AIRPORTS OF THAILAND PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED
We won the bids for consulting services in reward redesign for officers and outsourcing workers. The process included job analysis, job evaluation, redesign of grading structure, and determining salary ranges.
Later, we won another bid for helping the client undertake succession planning for Level-9 officers and above in order to identify the right leaders whom to be made ready for the mission-critical jobs.
In the area of human resources development, we brought Building Outstanding Leaders program to one of their Senior Airport Management curricula.
This business is doing exceptionally well, and we are proud to have been part of the process.
PTT POLYMER MARKETING
Our consultants had helped this client, one of the subsidiaries of PTT Public Company Limited, develop a new performance management process.
This process has enabled the client to drive individual and organization performance to an optimum by setting clear performance targets, and link the pre-determined portion of year-end compensation to organizational and individual performance achievements.
PTTPM has carried on the polymer marketing of PTT with clearer, more specific directions toward challenging organizational and individual goals.
THAI AIRWAYS INTERNATIONAL PCL.
We had conducted multiple workshops on Emotional Intelligence for Customer Services professionals, building their capabilities and confidence in interfacing with internal and external customers.

TT&T PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED
Around the end of the fixed-line telephone services concession, when TT&T was downsizing its business to maintain its cash flow, we were asked by the client to help undertake an internal transformation by determining a new organization structure, with manning analysis and recommendation, governed by a shrunk value chain, to accommodate a "critical-mass" stage of their operation.
When the concession had ended, the client terminated its operation smoothly with a successful mutual separation program. We're proud to help the client went through the process on a win-win basis.
TRUE VISIONS PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED
Our consultants had worked with this client, former UBC, to review given Succession Plan Documents, gather personal characteristics (Motives, Values, Learning Styles, Managerial Styles, Internal/External Locus of Control, and Type A / Type B Personality), develop individual development plan for selected persons, draft career path and undertake succession planning.

An eminent academician in an agricultural academicians society introduced us to this group of sugar millers. We had helped Phimai Sugar Plant and Surin Sugar Plant build capabilities of promoting sugarcane plantations in their territorial lands.
We had performed this assignment by providing education and know-how in sale-force effectiveness. Firstly, we applied an integrated method of organization development, ranging from articulating visions, strategic management, and performance management in order to link the selling accountability to the overriding goals. Then, after the motivation, we had conducted several role-play workshops on how to sell effectively.
The client's plantation promoters have been exerting discretionary efforts on their jobs, creating farmers' interests in sugarcane plantations in the lower northeastern part of the country to a much greater degree.
PHITSANULOK SUGAR FACTORY AND CHOLBURI SUGAR AND TRADING
Receiving a promising reference from an agricultural academicians society, Phitsaulok Sugar Factory has chosen us to help them identify and make clear about key performance indicators and objectives-and-key-results definitions, which are to be utilized in their performance management processes. Simultaneously, we were involved in clarifying and improving key work processes, and develop associated flowcharts for standardization. The client has been moving forward toward better sustainability and predictability.
Cholburi Sugar and Trading had assigned us to help improve the processes of reconditioning the milling machines during the off-milling period, aiming at reducing the frequencies and lengths of the downtime taking place during the next milling season. We had helped the client redesign the work processes in order to hold the right people accountable for the right things at the right time.
