We started the business in 2003 with a group of seasoned consultants, forming a Faculty of Persons establishment for providing services in Thailand and Southeast Asia. In 2012, we transformed the establishment to Company Limited, namely Trusted Reform Co., Ltd.
Since the commencing year, our consulting group has been serving clients under 3 business names, Trust Reform Co., Ltd., Chatchavalit & Associates, and Chatchavalit Saravari.
Our consulting services are in the areas of organization effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, and digital transformation.
Our clients include public organizations, independent agencies, state-owned enterprises, and private companies. These companies come to us with various organizational symptoms. Based upon proven methodologies, we have undertaken thorough diagnoses in order to identify casual effects. We then make recommendations on applying practical solutions and tools, and deliberately help the clients complete their implementation processes.

After 16 years of experiences with an international consulting firm and his own establishment (Chatchavalit & Associates) in providing consulting services to organizations going through predetermined stages of change, Dr.Saravari founded Trusted Reform in 2012 and has been playing the leading and coaching roles in serving our clients.
He had been registered in the Independent Consultant Category by the Public Debt Management office, Ministry of Finance, and he is put in the Chartered Directors list of the Institute of Thai Directors, Thailand
Prior to the consulting career, Dr.Saravari had worked at Strategic Apex for IBM Global Network – Asian & South Asia, Dell Computer Thailand, and Jasmine International Public Company Limited.
In education industry, Dr.Saravari was the President of Stamford International University, Chairman of Human Resources Management Program at College of Management Mahidol University.
Dr.Saravari received Doctor and Master of Engineering degrees in Information Processing from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Kasetsart University, Thailand.
